The Freshman Course:

Beginners with little to no experience in trading. This course is your foundation in forex, platforms, and trading mindset.

In the Freshman Course, you’ll learn everything about the basics of CFD trading—including forex, crypto, commodities, energy products, metals, and stocks. You’ll be guided on how to use the MT5 terminal and mobile app, execute your own trades, and even copy trade signals effectively.

You’ll also learn to speak the language of traders by mastering key trading terminologies. Most importantly, you’ll build a strong foundation in risk management and trading psychology—so you can start your trading journey with the right mindset and discipline.

• Face-to-Face: 18 hours (3-hour Zoom orientation + 8 hours/day for 2 days + 2-hour Zoom refresher)
• Online: 14 hours (4 hours/day for 3 days + 2-hour refresher + 1 week asynchronous)

Recommended, but not required. A smartphone or tablet with MT5 and Zoom access will work.

• Face-to-Face: Yes. You will receive a free printed copy of Your First Trading Book Volume 1 (YFTB Vol. 1), which covers all beginner-level trading lessons.
• Online: You won’t receive a printed copy, but you’ll get full access to the LTA Portal, which contains the exact same content. If you want the printed book, just coordinate with the admin team to arrange pickup at the campus. Note: shipping cost is shouldered by the student.
